What shines and what doesn’t
Stunning surroundings and an exceptional culinary experience made our visit memorable! The exquisite junior suite exuded luxury and offered beautiful views, and the friendly staff and delicious dining truly elevated the occasion.
Despite all its charm, the inconsistent housekeeping service was disappointing, leaving us feeling a bit neglected at times, along with worries about internet reliability during our stay.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and were blown away by the stunning deck view of St Emilion and the incredible Michelin Star restaurant, though the lack of variety for breakfast was a slight disappointment.

I stayed in a junior suite with breathtaking views! The spacious room was charmingly renovated, and the lovely garden walkways made for delightful strolls.
However, the decor could be described as 'vintage,' which is just a posh way of saying it needs a makeover! Also, I lost track of time chasing WiFi around like it was the next big thing.

My friends and I had a fantastic time staying here! We enjoyed the beautiful view from our terrace and indulged in an unforgettable meal at the restaurant. We also took tours of Château Pavie and Château Monbousquet, which added to our amazing experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable!
The only downside was the inconsistent internet service, which was frustrating as it disrupted some work I needed to get done during our stay.

The experience was unforgettable, especially the breathtaking views from the room, which perfectly showcased the town and countryside. Staff were incredibly helpful, making personal recommendations for local wine tours that truly enhanced our visit. Breakfast was a highlight with freshly made pancakes that were limitless and delicious. While the ambiance and luxury were impressive overall, consistency in service quality could be improved for dining options, which at times felt slower than expected.
